Lene Andreasen
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
With a broad leadership experience from food/pharma and the machining industry, Lene contributes with a strong commercial mindset and competences within business development and business optimization. Since 2013 Lene has been Supply Chain Director at Procudan A/S, responsible for the global supply chain.
From 2002-2013 Lene was overall responsible for global purchasing and materials management at Nissens Cooling solutions. Lene holds an MBA Degree from Aarhus University.
Jørgen Bille Larsen

Jørgen acquired SOLVANG Maskinfabrik in the autumn of 2018 in a generational change. Jørgen has strong innovative competencies within international sales, contracts, customer solutions and strategic developments. After 8 years in the financial sector, Jørgen was employed in logistics companies in the Middle East in the period 1997-2004.
From 2004-2018, Jørgen has worked as a co-owner of a medium-sized Scandinavian group as Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for global customers.
Anders Bille
BOARD MEMBER
Anders contributes with professional competencies for tools and technical markets and product areas. Anders has been Managing Director at Stahlwille Nordic AG since 2015, with responsibility for Denmark and Sweden.
In the period 1995-2015, Anders was associated with Lemvig-Müller A/S, in roles such as sales manager, district manager, regional manager and sales director.
